A safari isn’t a hotel and a flight. It’s bush planes with 33-pound soft-bag limits, lodges with minimum ages, migration timing, camps that sell out a year ahead, and a dozen decisions that look the same on paper but feel completely different on the ground. Getting one wrong can cost you the trip you actually wanted.
What you get when you plan with me:
Me, someone who’s been on safari in Kenya and knows the difference between a crowded national park morning and a private conservancy with no other vehicles in sight.
My partners on the ground live and breathe safari. They runs tons of trips across Africa every year and are back in the bush multiple times a year, so the lodge, guide, and routing advice you get is current, not from a brochure.
A plan built around you. Your first time or your fifth, kids or no kids, wildlife obsessed or just want everyone home happy. I match the country, the camps, and the pace to who’s going.
And the details handled. Flights, charters, packing rules for bush planes, payment deadlines, and final documents with exactly where to be and who to call. Before, during, and after.
How it works:
My planning fee is $250. It covers our discovery call and your first proposal, including a video walkthrough of the trip so you can see how it all fits together. The best camps book a year or more out, so the earlier we talk, the more options you’ll have.
We’ve been there. Literally.
