Note: This flat rate covers one household and assumes a trip length of up to two weeks. Multi-household or extended travel quotes available by request.

This is a one-on-one session where we can talk through:

  • Using points or already have most of it planned

  • Where to splurge vs. save

  • Gaps in your plan or logistics that need tightening

  • Vendor advice or industry insights (for travel advisors)

This is not a sales call. It’s 60 minutes of real help, honest answers, and all the experience I’d give my best friend.

Includes:

  • Printed copies of your full travel documents (itinerary, confirmations, tickets)

  • Travel goodies tailored to your destination (think: converter plugs, magnetic hooks for cruises, or packing must-haves)

  • Guidebooks or printed recommendations with my notes included (when helpful)

  • A personal note from me and a few extra surprises to make the countdown even sweeter

Ships out a few weeks before your trip, so you’ve got time to get organized without scrambling at the last second.

How It Works

  • Step 1: Inquire

    Once we receive your completed inquiry form, we will send you a link to schedule your Discovery Call. To reduce the chances of missing an important message, we do not accept inquiries via social media or text message

  • Step 2: Discovery Call & Planning

    During this call we will review your trip goals, travelers and budget. We will review the planning option that best suits your traveling party. Once we receive payment for the planning invoice and your passport/ID information, we will begin creating your proposal.

  • Step 3: Proposal Review

    We will create a proposal based off of the takeaways from our Discovery Call, along with our expertise and global connections. Timely and thorough feedback is essential during this phase to secure the components you desire.

  • Step 4: Confirm Your Itinerary

    Once you “Approve” your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip and partner we utilize

  • Step 5: The Fun Part

    Stay on track with helpful reminders, app access to your itinerary, 24/7 travel support, and post-trip follow-up for a smooth experience from booking to return.

  • Not at all! While Europe is my specialty, I also plan unforgettable adventures beyond it. Some client favorites include Japan, Costa Rica, African safaris, Alaskan cruises, Hawaii, Grand Canyon road trips, and multigenerational escapes to the Caribbean. If it’s on your bucket list, let’s talk about it—chances are, I can help you get there.

  • First hand knowledge of destinations that you are interested in visiting. Get “insider knowledge” with in destination partners on the best places to eat, excursions to take and neighborhoods to stay. Modern ways to keep track of your travel documents and bookings with an easy to use App Management of all “pieces” of your trip - don’t worry about missing a payment or skipping any detail big or small.

  • Our goal is to give you the best experience that is perfectly matched to your vision and interests. Many times we have access to negotiated rates, but the true value is saving the time, stress and frustration prior and during travel.

  • No, much as a restaurant doesn’t break down the cost of each “part” of a dish. My Partners have confidential contracts with hotels and tour operators locally. We do our due diligence to make sure pricing is competitive, and we work with preferred suppliers in which we have long term relationships.

  • We don’t work with individually managed properties. We stand behind properties that are vetted, and we can find the best property to match what your family is looking for.

  • You would work with me - Kat - throughout the entire process. Our slogan “We’ve Been There” is something that we believe. While we haven’t been everywhere, we focus on the spots that we’ve sent clients or been directly.
